Can Talkadot be used internationally?

Hey all! Happy (insert whatever today is for you)!

Today we’re going to be talking about international usage.

Can you collect Talkadot data in other countries? Yes absolutely!

We’re web based, and there’s no restriction on where the data comes in from. We have several speakers who have used us in in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdoms, and I also know of some users in Vietnam and Germany. Please feel free!

However, you may also be asking about localization. As of right now*, our survey and Talk Reports are only available in English. That said, you can do a lot with custom questions, creating your own questions in different languages, but the ‘Welcome’ screen and the end of the survey will both still be in English.

We are absolutely working on this, and hope to have localization in the near future, but we’re a small team, and the roadmap our devs our working through is positively massive. We’ve had a lot of discussions about localization recently, so I’d expect it in the not too distant future.
